And we see that like in Loudoun County where property taxes have fallen dramatically.

School quality has dramatically increased.

And it's because of those facilities sitting there essentially just printing tax revenue for the local government.

That's wild.

I don't know of any.

I think that's one of those places, as we talked about this arena, that, again, people need to get more engaged with their local government, with their local communities.

You've got to ask the question, first of all, what kind of tax deal did we set up?

We've seen taxes do that.

They've used tax incentives to buy a lot of data center business, which might pay off.

But they're also short $2 billion in tax revenue.

You've got to ask the question.

There's a happy medium, right?

But also, where are those tax dollars going?

If the tax dollars are there, if the data center is in your community, it should be printing tax cash for you.

I do think the biggest issue is that this is the first time that most of this country has paid attention to the power grid.

Most people, this is the first time they've ever heard of a megawatt hour or a terawatt hour or gigawatt hour.

This is the first time they've paid attention to rates, infrastructure.

I know it makes my head hurt even figuring out how the power grid works when I work in this space.
