We have seen bigger growth of the power grid in the last five years than in the last 20 because data centers are coming in and paying a premium for power that they're happy to pay for, generally.
They're paying a premium for infrastructure that they're generally happy to pay for, and utilities have an incentive to build more power.

And I know talking about taxes and accounting, I mean, I have a background in it.
It's a little bit boring to me, right?
But we talked about this with the water.
You know, on the water case, a data center using about the same water as a golf course is literally contributing a thousand times more
more money, more tax income for gallon used than a golf course.
We're starting to see this shake out on the power side as well.
It's not a thousand times advantage, but we're seeing it shake out to be with power, about a 10 to 50 X advantage where they generate 10 to 50 times the tax dollars per kilowatt hour used or megawatt hour used as comparable industries.
And that matters in places like Loudoun County or Dallas, right.

Or near San Francisco.

where it's going to be hard to bring in a highly dense tax base that can pay the bills.
