I'm not going to call out Scott specifically and say that he was in the pole position and then Luke stole it from him with an epic finish, or that Tate was maximizing plan C for chaos, but he went extremely well.

I'm a big believer in the phrase, you know, culture is not what you say or intend to do.
Culture is what happens.
And I think you see it in those moments where you have new analysts and new associates and new managers in a room asking, I mean, to be honest, some really hard questions, challenging some core assumptions, you know, doing the thing that we always talk about is pointing at a word and saying, what does that even mean?
Correct.
And I think that people getting to see that and live that and experience it and ask tough questions and not be snapped at, ask tough questions and be told, thank you for your question.
