That leads to one of the most interesting and I'll say volatile discussions in the data center market right now about one of the inputs, and that's water.

And that's what I'd love to talk about today is understanding how much is too much, how much is enough, and really just bringing some context to the water debate.

We're not here to solve it.

We're not here to decide what a community should or shouldn't do.

So the right question for this with water is how much, and I think it's safe to say how much you always got to on your Y axis say compared to what?

So let's start on that.

I think the right question to start with is tax dollars per gallon.

Because that is really that and land, which we'll also talk about, or acreage.

It's really the only lookalike factors you have between all these big things that use water.

You have golf courses and homes and water parks and farms and data centers.

And pools.
