You got something that's generating a thousand times the value per gallon of water.

I think the other side of that that's not talked about a lot is service demand.

And that's county services, right?

Roads and cops and fire and medical and all that.

And you have that with a golf course.

You need roads, you need water, you need parks, you need all those things.

A data center doesn't need a lot of those things.

So you get to that great debate you always have at the state level, right?

Do I give more money to the federal government than I receive?

Golf courses take more money than they receive, than they give.

Data centers give, I think the ratio is, it's like 30 or 40% more

Then they cost the county.
