Now, that's a place I do want to be fair and call out the point is this is where tax strategy matters so much.
Tax strategy is not the sexiest thing in the world.
But this is why a lot of people in Texas are very rightfully mad.
Because Nova up in Virginia and Atlanta over in Georgia, they've done a really good job taxing these things overall.
Meanwhile, Texas, I think there's $1.8 or $2 billion in tax deferments right now that they're currently debating.
Ending where you say, wait a second, I'm not getting any tax dollars from that place.
That is a problem.

It's a factory that makes semiconductors.
So it makes all of this possible, right?
I think what's interesting about it is that people don't debate this.
You know, you go in and the industry uses a quarter trillion gallons a year of water.
That's the same water as like the city of Atlanta and everything involved in it.
But how many people talk about that?
Including the data centers.
