They also have this process where they very reasonably need ultra pure water, right?
But that means they turned 1500 gallons of water into a thousand gallons of ultra pure water.
So not terrifically efficient.
You have to have chips.
Chips drive everything we do.
You hear it.
It's in phones, it's in cars, it's in, um, you know, pacemakers, it's in everything.
So we're not saying that's a problem, but we are pointing out that no one's protesting new chip factories.
And it's interesting, when you're talking about using water at that scale, they're using 4 to 10 million gallons a day.
That's also where you get into the Texas argument because in that big political push, which I agree it should be reshored for a lot of reasons, they're not paying taxes at all.

Like at all.
Their value to the economy is incredibly important with those high-performance chips, but they're 0.0000 cents per gallon because they're not paying taxes.
The last one I want to talk about is residential communities.
We've all seen forests get flattened and everything get graded and there's not a tree for miles because someone's decided to go build a thousand or five thousand or ten thousand homes.
And what's crazy is, you know, you go look at a 10,000 home development, that's 800,000 gallons of water a day.
You go look at a 100 megawatt data center, that's 200,000 gallons of water a day.
Now, obviously, people need places to live.
