Again, we're not debating that people need chips and some people need golf courses, right?
But, again, doesn't come into the conversation.
You also get a land density challenge.
That same development might need 2,000 or 2,500 acres.
A data center might need 100.
Mm-hmm.
you know, water per acre day, 320 gallons per acre.
It's a little denser in the data center, but then you get into annual property taxes and you've got a campus that is generating up to as much as that entire residential development on a little hundred acre plot.
That also ties into the service cost ratio.
And that goes back to needing the police and the fire and all those things.
Yeah.
People need places to live.
Of course they need places to live.
But that service cost ratio is really interesting on residential communities too, because it's $1.30 per dollar in taxes.
That's a net, I always the term, it's a net receiver.
You know, that's like a state that gets more money from the federal government than it gives back.
And that's counting the taxes generated by those people who live there, right?
That data center is 20 cents on the dollar.
So they're not just six times more efficient.
