They get assessed at full rate and they are the center of the universe for data centers.

Loudoun County is like 10 square miles.
The density is insane.
Nearly a billion dollars in tax revenue generated in 2024 should be up to 1.3 or 1.4 this year.
Because of how they have handled that leverage, homeowners on average pay $5,800 a year less in property taxes because they just taxed that a lot of the data centers and they're happy to do it.
And it's negotiated project by project.
They don't have blanket policies.
