Atlanta is also doing a really strong job where they're saying, let's be partners here.
You're going to pay some taxes.
You're going to pay for infrastructure upgrades.
And you're also going to be able to grow exceptionally well.
It can be done, but that involves engagement with your city council.
And bluntly, it also involves your city councilors not just saying things like no more data centers or we're not going to allow new development.
Because when you talk about something that returns a thousand times the taxes per gallon benefit of something like a golf course or anything like that.
You've got to have that conversation.
Funding for schools has to come from somewhere.
Right now, it comes off your home.
Property taxes, the conversation has to happen.
And that's what we're trying to create today is the space for a conversation.
You've also got to go have a good hard look at your local government.
Local here can mean city, county, state.
I mean, federal is not super local, but Georgia is a really good example.
My wife pointed this out the other day.
They've been in a 200-year dispute with the state of Tennessee about the northern border of Georgia.
