It's very lookalike to nuclear facilities where people say, I want cheap power.

I want cheap, reliable goods.

I don't want this in my community.

I think data centers are running into the current headwind of that.

But data sovereignty, I think, is a very meaningful issue.

And then bluntly, it gets into a very political discussion.

I'm not trying to go red versus blue here, but it is infrastructure sovereignty.

If you firmly believe that getting chips from Taiwan and manufactured goods from China is a challenge, or you firmly believe that more aluminum should be built in the U.S.

and not in Canada or food or medicine or R&D or anything like that,

then you've got to take a look at why you don't believe that data should be sovereign here.

You've got to look at those capabilities and ask yourself that question of why am I opposing this thing?

Why am I willing to import this thing when I'm so unwilling to import these other things?

The other thing I think about about protecting the allegedly rolling hills of Knoxville, Tennessee, or the prairie plains of West Texas, or the watersheds in Nova, is going back to the density math.
