They're saying hey, we don't need to spend that extra money
God, almost $2 million a megawatt in equipment costs because we just don't need this here.
$2 million a megawatt is a lot of hard at-risk capital to take out of something when you talk about the scales.

This is one example where we're seeing the market get really smart and say, yeah, we need backup for inference and for cloud and for deployment.
We don't really need it for training anymore.
Why spend it?
I think that that's an important note to start to wrap on to is a lot of bubbles are based off intangible paper tiger assets.
They're based off financial models of the wild concept of if you bundle enough bad mortgages, it's somehow a good mortgage bundle.
And they're not really based on hard assets.
But that's where I like the example back to the 08 crash is the houses were still there.
The land was still there.
It could be bought.
It could be reused.
Lehman Brothers had a bad day about it.
Bear Stearns had a bad day about it.
But ultimately, the assets were still there, usable.
And I think we've both bought houses over the years.
They were built during the mortgage crisis.
