You know, a big theme that we were focused on was there's no such thing as internal versus external.
There's not client facing an internal because we build to a standard.
And that was one of the themes I tried to focus on is every single time I heard that, no matter when it was, I call a timeout, called it out.
And I think that's where for leaders, you can't relax.

So you can relax because you're not worried about Chick-fil-A showing up on time anymore.

But you have to be more vigilant than you've ever been about vision, mission, cultural standards, language, those kind of things.

No, a great perspective.
I would add to that as a big systems guy, people talk all the time about my system does this or my system does that.
The system does what it's designed to do.
What happens is what the system is for, right?
