And then right now is a great example, right?

The S&P is now at its lowest level for 2022 as we speak.

And a lot of people that are new to this world are like, I'm out, I'm out.

I'm like, well, no.

If you look at the average return of the S&P over the last 10 years, it's been over 10%.

And the last time it did 10% in those 10 years was never, right?

It doesn't do 10% on average, but that's the average.

The closest it got was in 2009, right?

was when it did a 10% because it's finished the end of the GFC and off it went.

But otherwise, it'll do really big up years.

Like last year, it was 23.5%.

This year, it's down the same amount, right?

So net-net, okay, I get it.

But don't forget, it's paying your dividends, even the S&P 500.

Yeah.

The running analogy, I love it too because it is the same principle that do not expect to linear get towards your 42 kilometers because your body's going to go, no, don't like that.

And it will be tired and it will make you go backwards.

Your money will do the same.

And I'm pointing my head here.
