He should be in the office in the middle of July doing this.
You know, it's not bad.
Listen, when you don't make the playoffs, it can be kind of a long offseason, but I got a little four-year-old at home, so I've been able to be a full-time dad and play a lot of baseball in the driveway, a lot of hockey and all that stuff, but I'm a little itchy.
We had our draft coverage.
Yeah, you know, I think, number one, you saw a big step ahead from the likes of O'Maddy Beneers, right?
I think he wins the Calder a few years ago, and then he takes that sophomore slump and then maybe kind of even a junior slump, if you will.
But he bounces back.
He turns into a really solid two-way player.
And he's winning more draws.
He's more responsive defensively.
He's picked up a little bit of weight, which he'll tell you himself, it's hard for him to pick up a lot of weight in the offseason.
He says, I'll eat a plate full of nachos and I still lose 10 pounds.
I don't know how it's done.
But, you know, he found a way to be a responsible defensive player.
