I mentioned there's five million people in Ireland.
One million of them are foreign born.
And there's such mass immigration.
It's the fastest mass immigration in the Western world.
Like, it's astonishing.
And that's driven up the price of housing and everything out of reach for the ordinary Irish.
Like most places, mass immigration is deeply unpopular, but both the government and the opposition support it.
So what's an Irishman to do?
You can't really vote for any of the main parties.
So that's one factor.
Here's another.
They had a constitutional referendum.
I don't know if you've ever read the Irish Constitution.
That's not something most people do, but it's actually an amazing document.
There's a section on motherhood.
Can you believe it?
They talk about the value of mothers and protecting mothers and their right to raise kids at home.
It's incredible.
I've never seen that in any world constitution ever.
Well, for some weird reason...
