We try to not get in the problem that we are fixed on our processes and that we have to have very long administrative processes.
processes.
We always try to be basically on the same day basis, have the market on our screens every day so we can on the same day adjust to new stuff that's happening.
It's a stressful life, but I think it's been working out quite well for the past few months.
So that's where we are focusing on being adjustable, not being slow and trying to be as fast as possible and always faster than the big competitors.
It's of course in our sector of the generating of energy.
We have a very good network of customer relationship management and stuff like that for the distribution part.
But the biggest part which we have right now, which we try to invest in, which we try to grow is the generation of energy.
It's really important for us here in Germany that we get some kind of safety in our energy generation because for the past few years we have seen that we can't rely on other countries or relationships with other countries as much as we thought.
And the most important part for us right now is to have our own safety in our generation, in our processes, that we are not reliant on different countries.
There's a few things which drives me.
For example, it's nice to work under a company name or for a company that has a history as long as Neckermann.
And I think that's always nice to have one of these big names, still if it's a small company.
But I think it's good to have this name.
On the other hand, I'm always...
for the green vision, for trying to get solar energy and wind energy on the market.
And for me personally, what I'm trying to do is not just complain about the things that's happening right now in politics or on the markets, but to drive them myself and to try to get this vision across to the market.
And that's why I'm working for this company, especially in the energy sector, because that's always looked down upon, I think.
Many people just realize energy as something they have to pay each month and they don't really try to understand it.
And I think there's so much potential for private customers, for industry customers.
