And I think that's where they're at, right?

I mean, I think Rian Johnson is going to be great at this.

This was the next job in his resume that he should have aspired to and expected to attain, but it's going to take a minute, right?

You know, when you're the head or when you're the GM of Abbotsford, you're not making those financial decisions en masse with big dollars, right?

Like those are happening above you and then you're getting those players.

And yeah, you do bring some guys in, you know, and sign them to, you know, minor league contracts and things like that.

But by and large, the big decisions are being made above you.

So they're all feeling their way.

I think so.

I think that's part of it.

I don't think that's all of it.

I do think Manny's his own man and has the ability to say, look, let's get this done and what have you.

But I do think there's some of that, right?

I mean, you don't have another NHL head coach.

You're going to put a lot more attention on this, which is probably part of the pitch to get Manny, right?

We're not managing a bunch of other interests.

You are going to be the guy.

Eventually, we're going to build, but you're our first.

And I think you want to show the industry and potential other up and coming young head coaches or veteran head coaches looking for a change that you know how to do this and your guy's not going to settle for less.
