No, I think, you know, Manny does have the independence and autonomy to know what he wants.

But yeah, I think all of those variables are part of it.

And to be fair, I can only imagine your agent and what he has to go through on a day to day basis.

And the problem is, is that how much do others want to interview in this situation, right?

Because they kind of know what's happening and know what they're up against.

So to be honest, for me, I think you dive into a full search when you've made a decision that it's not going to work with Manny.

And again, I'm not sitting here saying that's going to happen.

But I think if you want a full, robust pool of legitimate, qualified candidates...

then you probably need to tell those people and their representatives that you've got a real opportunity.

And this isn't just an exercise in the club trying to retain some leverage by interviewing other clients, right?

They don't have a need to be used that way.

So I think it becomes difficult to have a full search unless you cut bait with Manny, which I don't think is going to happen yet.

But you're not wrong.

They do need to do a bit of that.
