I want everyone to have enough.

I want everyone to have food and rent and healthcare and bus rides.

But socialism and communism are both evil, evil mentalities.

They violate the dignity of the individual for the alleged sake of the group.

Now, the motivation is

I don't want people who suffer to keep suffering.

That's a great motivation.

But the means to get to that goal, the means to get to what you long for is, again, antithetical to the dignity of the human person.

And number five is personal.

Number five is my grandpa and grandma married each other.

They met and married each other pretty quickly.

And my grandpa would go to mass with my grandma.

But he wasn't becoming Catholic, he was Lutheran.

He would go to Mass with her, but he's not gonna become Catholic.

But Archbishop Sheen also had, he had his radio program, he also had his television program.

And the more and more my Grandpa Barney would, Grandpa B. Arney, because there's a J there, Grandpa Barney would hear about the truth and about the church and about Jesus coming through the mouth of Archbishop Sheen.

including Archbishop's comments on communism, against communism.

My grandpa came to that point where he said, that guy speaks the truth.

And that guy, who my grandpa never met, led my grandfather to the fullness of truth in the Catholic Church.

For that, I am eternally, eternally grateful.
