Um, Proverbs, we got to do it because it's great.

Proverbs chapter 18, verse 24.

There are friends who pretend it to be friends, but there is a friend who sticks closer than the brother.

Um, what a gift.

Um, it's true.

Every one of us, I I don't know when how old you were the first time you recognized the the fact that there can be people who are friends uh for us for a season.

There could be people

who are friends for a time.

There can be people who are friends who are only fair weather friends.

Uh and the moment trouble comes, they're they're on their way out the door.

Or the moment they just get tired of us, they're on their way out the door.

Uh well however old you were when you discovered that, it's one of those lessons that is I think it's almost invaluable for us to have learned.

Because imagine going through life just thinking that not knowing that.
