So, so yeah, I couldn't have it for the first year and now I'm on it because it's only been a year since I had the operation in May.

So it's just gone a year, um, May last year.

So now I'm on it.

I'm on a low dose.

Just seeing how it goes.

Because HRT isn't for everyone.

I know people that have gone on it and have become suicidal.

So then they have to come off.

There might be a problem with the dose.

It might be the type of HRT that you're taking.

There's loads of different types.

There's the patches.

There's the gel.

There's different types.

So it's about working out what works for you with whoever's overseeing it all.

Yeah.

Energy and low mood, definitely.

I had some deficiencies.

I had blood tests and I had deficiency in folic acid and vitamin D. So I've been taking those.
