I would say there's lots of support services out there.
If you feel your care provider isn't giving you what you need, there are loads of support.
um, places out there.
There's a place called peaches, which deals with, um, menopause and cancer.
There's loads.
So reach out to them.
There's a whole system of people that we all like women that we will support each other and help each other.
They can guide you where you can get like really good advice and help.
Um, don't feel you're alone.
It's really isolating, you know, cause it's only happening to you, you know?
