on the brink of giving up on rugby and league, so

I guess being in a team again 'cause I was in uh a team for maybe a year or two and then NC sevens picked me up and, you know, I loved the culture, I loved they made me love rugby again and um yeah, I guess they changed that for me, I guess.

Yeah, that was one of my key points from the last July series was, you know, the connection and everybody you know, we're all connected and uh we've formed a pretty good bond and I feel like we can go places with this team, so yeah.
No, I was happy man.
Like we we even talked about it before the game and the final so you know he was like we t we said if we'll get him two tries I'll get me one and then we'll be a draw for the top try scorer and yeah, just happy for him there.
Uh I guess I was kinda used to it, you know, and m probably bit of lessons learned from my first injury, so just trying to be resilient and be positive I guess.
And yeah, the team has helped me with that, especially the medical stuff, you know.
They said don't worry, we'll be I'll be out there again soon so and yeah, here I am now starting against the sharks.

Especially after the July series, but yeah, Renz came and talked to me and he just told me to keep my head up and yeah.
