I'm not I'm not just the a normal person walking across who's decided to walk across America.
Um look, I still have a huge amount of issues, but look at I'm still one of the very lucky ones who is on the feet after sustaining a spinal cord injury.
So
Um, I feel that it's a privilege I can do it and and and and that's why I'm doing it.
Um, for the people who who who can't and simply would lordy love to be able to do it.
Well, this is definitely um how would I say I hope to leave this after this challenge.
I just hope that, you know, I'm have contentment.

What I've done for the spinal card core community and um I'm very determined to get this one over the mind.
This is my project.
Um it's something that I've dreamt about, it's something I've visualised about.
It's um it's been my life now for the last eighteen months to two years, so
Um, in terms of determination and commitment to it, um, it's a new level for me.
Well, it's sixty kilometres a day, that's what I'm aiming for.
Um, what's gonna be looking like?
Um on the road for seven o'clock most mornings and um basically I'd be walking for ten hours each day.
Um, but I'll be out on the road for around twelve hours between the rests and you know, getting food intake and whatever else.
So the days are gonna be twelve hours and then literally in the evenings it's all about the recovery, you know, going through that recovery process, getting to my ice bats.
Get my um um
compression suit on and get the limpoids going and
