But then I failed and it really just, I suffered more so
after the road than I did after getting out of the NRH.

But ultimately, after about a year of really fighting, trying to get out of this dark hole I was in, I managed to, for the first time in this whole journey, I put my hand up and asked for help.
Simple as.
And I went to my local doctor and he helped me.
He gave me antidepressants and ultimately they didn't work with me because of the clash with other tablets I was on with.
But then I went back to him and said, look, Philip, it's not working.
He put me inside.
He got me into counselling.
I had five or six sessions of counselling.
I was back.
I realised, you know, what was going on.
I started looking at life in a completely different way in terms of looking at what I did rather than what I didn't do, which I should have been...
better at because I am definitely one of the things I learned from the NRH was to appreciate everything you can do rather than being envious of everything you can't do.
