Um or maybe it was more of a data literacy framework, but you know, there are places that you can go to look at frameworks for data and AI literacy as well.

I mean the reason I wrote the book was because I was concerned when
People s when the whole generative AI wave came out that
That AI was sort of diverging, and there was one path that was the consumerized version, and there was this other path that was.
Sort of
an evolution of where we were today with AI and I saw that the consumerized path was gonna hit what I call the value ceiling.
And
in terms of, yeah, you can get some good wins out of it, but ultimately you're gonna want to use your company data, et cetera.
And then I also saw a lot of sort of AI experts coming out of the woodwork saying that they were experts in AI and I said, Well
I know that I don't know everything, but I know what I don't know.
And you know, I do know I've been working, you know, for the past X number of years thinking about
what it takes to actually build successful AI implementations.
That's a lot of the work that I did at C DWI.
So I sort of started from, you know, strategy.
I
talked about five the five different
component frameworks, you know, in terms of
Organizational readiness and data readiness and skills.
I sort of go through, I map all of that out in the book.
