That's where governance comes in and I tend to think of governance as an enabler rather than a barrier 'cause a lot of people think of oh, we have to govern this, oh my God, that's just gonna stop the process of getting these systems into
you know, into production and out there.
It's not just a compliance exercise, I think, but I what I see is that organizations that are succeeding with AI, they use governance to create confidence in the data and the models and the outcomes.
So they establish the policies around data quality and lineage and access and monitoring.
And yes, now human oversight that you know is the human in the loop.
um and accountability and so especially as AI scales with generative and agentic systems, governance is gonna help ensure that you have that quality and reliability.
and and trust.
So it's not something that you bolt on after deployment.
Too many organizations think of it as an afterthought.
It's really something that gets built into the data processes and operational controls from
the start.
So
It's it's all those it's those five dimensions of readiness sort of working together.
You trust when leadership is aligned, when the data's reliable, people have the right skills, systems are operationalized correctly, you know, the governance provides the right accountability and oversight.
So I I think it's that's how I think of the trust equation.
