these tools, whether it's Chat GPT, Copilot or, you know, or something because
their executives have been pushing them to, you know, do something with with AI.
But I think that
experimentation isn't the same as enterprise readiness.
And AI is not just a tool.
I mean the way I think of AI, I think, is that it's not just a tool, it's actually an enterprise
capability or company capability.
Um, what we see in our TDWR research is that about half of organizations are under executive pressure, but deployment rates have barely moved because organizations quickly ran into issues around data quality, governance, skills, etc.

especially with agentic AI, you know, but ver very few are putting it into business processes and governing it effectively, et cetera.
And a real bottleneck, I think, is data maturity.
So organizations that I see reporting measurable business value, so actually ROI.
And top line ROI, they're far far more likely to ground their applications in enterprise data, semantic context, governance, operational controls.
Um, you know, when you have using public AI models, that can help, even if you're using them privately.
You know, it can help to improve individual productivity, but it can't reliably support.

So, you know, we're seeing this progression from consumerized AI tools to custom assistance and and retrieval augmented generation systems and then agents that are operating on enterprise data.
