Like, yeah, like, if you've got a soft spot in your body and you physically train for it, it's no different with the brain.

The brain says, oh, no, not there.

No, that's where you go.

And that's not a natural state.

It's not a comfortable thing.

If you're comfortable, you're not doing it right.

I do believe that.

And I think that's really hard to do on a self-awareness basis.

It's not, it doesn't come naturally.

You've got to train for it, for sure.

I think so because it depends on why are you doing it?

Like, why are you pursuing that?

Is it all about you?

It was never about me in the things I tried to accomplish.

It was about our family.

And so there were five siblings and now I have four children.

These things matter in the context of our family.

And this is a philosophy of survival, of pursuit, of improvement.
