So what we filed this week was a new patent that sits on top of our existing patents that we filed in 2007.

And what this new patent does

It allows all of the technologies that already exist in the world, like technologies that mark information coming from camera lenses, to know that a camera has shot someone in real life, allows other different mechanisms that other manufacturers have provided to be able to be interrogated by us and to us to attach that

at the Lego block level.

So we can now take and identify at the 50th of a second, for example, we can put marks around every single one of those building blocks.

So when they're assembled or when they're requested to be assembled, we can have verification, not around the actual video file, but at the actual cellular level, the DNA of the file.

And that could be tracked forever.

So in a way, we're trying to build a bit of an analogy is,

The transformational change that forensic science, DNA, brought to crime by looking at being able to match and understand the cellular level, we've done something similar with video whereby we can attach external or internal, any bits of information that says this was created by a human, we can attach that to every cell.

So the current methodologies around saying whether a file is...

is identified as human or non-human is to have AI systems to watch the video and try and detect things in the video stream or other things that read metadata in the video file without getting technical.

It's the inside the file, the hidden information at...

there's one piece of information that says this was human created or non-human created.

That's easily, easily removed by technologies.

But when you're actually at the cellular level, you've got a lot more control.

And so what we've built is a technology that allows us

all of these people in the world, like the Sonys and the Fugees and the people that are building these detection systems in cameras or other ways to be able to then imprint that at the cellular level video.

Again, it gets sort of super technical, but if I sort of try and give you one another analogy, if you buy the Lego Millennium Falcon, you're buying a box with instructions and Lego bits in it.
