And then if you've gone a little bit past the bobbin, maybe you don't trust your bobbin to stretch as far as the bump is going anymore, which is about where I'm at now.
Belly bands are another thing you can do.
So you can make these out of, if you have any nice stretchy tank tops or string tops, this is essentially folded over the waist of your trousers just there.
So they're not going to fall down while you're going about your day.
You don't want that in the middle of a work event.
But that's one way to do it.
Now you can make these if you're handy on a sewing machine as well, or you can buy them too if that's the way to go.
But one of the big frustrations that a lot of pregnant people would have
It's a very difficult time, like beyond the bump and the boobs and all the obvious bits that are expanding.
You're going in different directions all over the place as well.
So you really do want to be able to try stuff on if you are buying.
And a huge frustration for people is no matter how impressive a retailer's online selection is, none of that maternity stuff seems to be in the high street stores at all.
It's very frustrating.
So, yeah, gorgeous baby sections.
Maternity doesn't exist if you're going into the high street shops, which is very frustrating.
No, and this is the thing that encouraged bracketing then, which is a really frustrating practice, which is when you buy a few sizes, hoping that one will fit, you return the ones that don't fit.
And then a lot of the time, because the fashion is so cheap to produce now, it's not worth the retailer's time to actually make that piece that you've returned have a life.
So it's just going back.
A lot of the times it might even get collected from the warehouse that it gets dropped back to.
So a huge frustration there if you think you're doing the right thing, sending it back.
