That was a really tricky decision for me because I spent years trying to get into London College of Fashion. podcast-host

Waking up in London, in North Acton, in my student hall apartment, like tiny little room, like smaller than this, my entire apartment. podcast-host

And just getting on the train to go to art school, fashion school, and being able to pull it up every single day, being around really interesting people who are into the same shit as me. podcast-host

And yet I was exhausted because I was also working a job as a waitress in a bar, in a restaurant in Chelsea, in London. podcast-host

I had a few besties that like lived in the UK, but I didn't see anyone on a day-to-day basis because all of my friendships were long distance. podcast-host

So when I was in London, I didn't really see anyone for like my last two years of living in London. podcast-host

And I really needed that to sort of figure out who I was becoming because I had my second spiritual awakening in like my early 20s. podcast-host
