Um, Shane replaced a few, like Shane replaced Chris Rossetti, the director of scouting and brought his stuff in.

What will be interesting is if any of the Shane guys go now, these, I don't think will happen until after the draft.

Cause you can't replace them until after the draft because of the Brandon Brown, Howie Roseman is a cry baby rule.

But if you see Brandon Brown or Dennis Hickey go, that's where you're like, oh, wow, he's making real deal changes to the player personnel area.

Do you think Tim McDonald gets reassigned at some point?

Again, if he gets moved, it's going to be a Ronnie Barnes thing.

But do you think he's out of director player personnel at some point?

Because I really think that's going to happen.

I'm expecting Tim McDonald to be moved from that director of personnel role.

I'm, I'm 100% expecting it.

And again, this is what we, we, we did those walk streams, uh, you know, a week ago or so, whatever it was, why everyone wanted to focus on Joe Shane.

And certainly there's conversations around Joe Shane that needed to be happened and will happen.
