I have a thing called elevator pitch.

I would get very nervous when I would meet new people and throw up on them.

ask me what I do.

I'm like, oh, well, I'm an actress and a TV host and I'm getting very excited.

I want to do it.

And I would leave because I'd see their eyes go.

And I'm like, what did I just do?

Yeah.

And then there's another little famous goofy story I have.

George Clooney, many, many years ago, he was standing at a party when I first got to LA and I walked into this party and he was just, and I remember standing there, I don't drink.

And so I walk into a party and I'm like, starstruck.

I'm like,

And I couldn't say anything.

I couldn't move.

I didn't do anything.

And then I realized every girl that he dated ended up on Dancing with the Stars.

Like, damn, I just should have said hello.

That's a fun example of missed opportunities that I had.

So I created this elevator pitch.

And it's a very step-by-step system to allow people who are shy or introverted or just confused about how to position themselves to say hi.
