Look, I think you know, there's lots of so whoever asked this, thank you for being honest.

know, the first thing about pain I think is recognizing it and admitting it and you know, seeing that it's real.

And not trying to avoid it.

Um, the second thing I think would be speaking about it with God.

And being honest in your prayer about it.

Also, you know, speaking about it with a spiritual director or a friend or a therapist.

So to not feel that you have to h hold on to it yourself and just bear it yourself because it can be shared with other people.

And Andrew and I have been talking about this in different ways.

Um the transmission of it to others is really important.

So there's two ways of looking at that.

One

You know, it's okay to share your pain.

You know, obviously

You know, Andrew and I have been talking about our mom's death and it's okay to share that.

That's very healthy.

But I think when I read the question I hear

you know, kind of mm sort of imposing it on somebody or or burdening it.

uh burdening someone or even kind of transferring your anger.

And sort of lashing out.
