So I would say that, you know

You don't have to do that.

I think that's one of the most freeing things I've learnt.

That you don't have to

transfer your anger or your upset to somebody else.

And you can because that can really damage people.

So I think it's just a question of deciding not to and that it's okay to hold on to it, um, assuming that you are dealing with it and processing it on your own.

I remember um I have a good Jesuit friend Chris Derby and I was joking with him.

I this always comes to mind.

And uh I was joking and sort of mock

pretending things were terrible for me and I said, Oh my gosh, Chris I said, My life is such a cross and he said, Yes, Jim, but for you or for others

And I just thought you don't you don't wanna make your life be a cross for other people.

Uh so yeah, so it's kind of a tension.
