And then after that, um in response to that, which was sometimes seen as not as emotional came

Praise and worship music.

Um does that and then also then you branch off also into more traditional music.

Does that history ring true to you, like the folk mass to the St.

Louis Jesuits to praise and worship?

time of the St.

Louis Jesuits, wherever those songs were hugely important for me.

I Totally.

I entered the Jesuits in nineteen eighty eight.

And, you know, be not afraid and though the mountains may fall and, you know, sing to the mountains.

I mean they're still in my head and I still sing them and I still love them.

And something that might surprise you maybe even more, or maybe not, uh I'm a huge fan of Ray Rep and folk music back in the sixties because that's what I grew up with.

you know, Sons of God, um, Hero Lord, the sound of my cry.

Yeah.

And I think, you know, the key is for me, not as a musician, but you know, whatever helps you get closer to God, right?

I mean, if it's praise and worship, if it's St.

Louis Jesuits, if it's folk music.
