And he stopped, okay?
And he always used to say, when I'm 90, I'm going to start again.
So he saved all his pipes, hundreds of pipes, okay?
And so one of the things I didn't know what to do with them when he died, like my father also left like 100 neckties.
And I remember saying at the time, my father sent the last generation of men who, when they die, you have to think what to do with 100 neckties.
But the pipes, I thought, well, there's nothing I can do with these pipes.
And some of them were beautiful.
And after that, after I threw them away, because I didn't know.
You threw away your father's pipes?
What could I do with these pipes?
I thought you can't give them to someone else.
And then like I was telling this story to people and this guy at the table who I know, known for a long time, said, what are you talking about?
I smoke a pipe sometimes.
Don't you know that?
I said, yes, but would you smoke someone else's pipe?
He said, yes, you just change the thing that you put in your mouth.
I said, Jonathan, if I'd known that, I would have been happy to give them to you because I'm not a person happy to waste things.
The ties, I spent like a year.
who deserves this tie?
But the pipes, yeah.
