And I thought first, that is an idiotic reason to marry someone.
Then I realized my mother was 21 when she got married.
That's exactly what a 21-year-old would do, which is why, if anyone's listening, do not get married at 21.

I mean, I really am surprised people get married at all, I have to tell you.

When I think about what it means to be married to someone, I think, like, this is the thing.
My father was actually pretty... Kept his looks for a long time.
Most of his life, actually.
It just, to me, seems like men do this all the time.
