So not only is it how somebody can behave when they're not perceived as being in front of the client.
but also how they behave as a human being and their behaviors to another human being and the feelings that that evokes.
And that person

is probably then that's the feeling I get of being with this person.
That's what I'm remembering.
I might remember the train journey and possibly the meeting we were going to, but the biggest takeaway I will have
Is how that person made me feel on that train journey.
So for me, I think the two are intertwined.
And I think, you know, your example here is a brilliant one of
