And I think that's when I thought, oh, my God, this is a really nice feeling.

And I really like this feeling.

Well, I think that songs for me was a great way of connecting.

I was never very good at talking, if you know what I mean.

I was always quite quiet, you know.

So to be able to express your feelings and your emotions through song came very natural to me.

So I picked songs that I have lived, you know, in my life.

I'm absolutely besotted, still in love with him.

Was at his gig last week and was crying listening to him.

Yeah, how long ago are you talking?

50 years I'm besotted with this man.

Yeah, the first album I got was called Mudslide Slim.

I got it from my brother's best friend, Peter Hanratty, who I think had a little growl for me.

And he got me this present.

And I listened to this album probably throughout my own, my whole teenage years.

I knew the whole album back to front and I still listen to it to this day.

And this is the first song that I ever sang in, you know, this is like probably when I was about 15, when I sang in public.

When I say in public, it was to a group of friends.

It was a bit of a, you know, gathering and somebody asked me to sing and I sang this song called Long Ago and Far Away.

And it was a very memorable moment for me.
