So from a productivity point of view, we definitely need the tools.
So AI is going to be a big part of that.
And that's why for the last 10 to 12 years, I've really been focused on AI because it's been the promise of so many benefits, none of which is what we're experiencing right now.
So the generative AI tools that came out a few years ago with OpenAI and ChatGPT
were not the AI we imagined.
That was like a surprise, you know.
So, and a little bit like the first iPhone, nobody sort of saw that coming either, and it changed the trajectory of digitization of the world.
And so ChatGPT was that.
The challenge is people are not using AI anything like the way they should be.

It's very new in the scheme of things.
It's had a huge adoption.
New Zealand as a whole have adopted AI very quickly.
But the way that people use it, you know, it's kind of interesting that we haven't understood and taken the time to really learn what it does.
In saying that, if you take Claude and, you know, Flavor of the Month, everybody's using Claude right now.
Claude or OpenAI with ChatGPT or Gemini or whatever you use, we are now at the period of time where the subsidized AI that we've been accustomed to by these big tech giants all trying to gain market share is over.
And it's becoming very expensive.
So my AI bill six months ago was maybe $100 to $200 a month.
My AI bill today is $1,000 to $2,000 a month.
But that's just using, you know, your clods and any of the tools.
