This is completely not what I imagined his life to be and he would never have imagined his life to be this way.

So to talk about really big, gnarly, complex issues, it's really hard for all of us because we're all looking for the next hit, next dopamine.
And I think, so this is where technology makes me very nervous because I think it's really hard to have these big conversations if we're looking for that next hit.

And that's the world we're in.
And I think that's a challenge.
And people read books and they still love four hour movies or three hour movies.

movies that are coming out now and I think there is a really big desire for people to spend more time, slower conversations, more intimate conversations, more profound and
It's almost like the world is forcing us constantly to stop.
And I just, you know, we talked before about me going to Fiji to read books for the first time in my life because I realised that was one aspect of my life.
I read everything on a screen.
I do so much research in a week, just like you do, but it's all at a screen.
And so I'm doing these...
you know, four or five minute reads, taking frantically, taking notes, going down rabbit holes.
