It's a pretty normal week.
Just at different times of the day.
Okay.
No, but when you put it all in a row like that, it does feel a bit overwhelming.
It just means I'm old.
Look, I think initially I did sacrifice a lot of sleep.
I was up at four in the morning.
I'd work really long days.
Sometimes I'd be training at crazy times of the day with a torch on my head and going out running and things just to squeeze in some me time.
But over the years, I've got better at focusing on the things that make my days better.
So sleep is now important.
Probably still not as much as other people would get.
I mean, I was still up at five o'clock this morning, but...
A lot of it is intentionality.
It is about what do I need to do today?
And if it's a lighter day, I'll take that.
But if I've got a lot to do and sometimes I'll have so much in a day, I just have to look at the beginning of the day and go, I'm just going to deal with the first hour and then I'll deal with the second hour and then I'll work my way through the day until I get to the end.
But it is one of those things where I don't really think about things in totality.
I just chip away at things and keep chipping at it.
