I always have a North Star, and that's not just one.
That's the personal North Star, the business one, the relationships, the giving and supporting others.
I just keep chipping away at that.
Some years are great and some months are great, and sometimes I look back and go, well, I put a big line through that and could do better, my own personal rate card, and score myself and go, what could I have done differently?
In that situation.
So there is a lot of self determination with it.
But it all comes from the same place, which is, you know, I want to do a lot in the time I'm here.
So make the most of it.
Yeah, I don't frame it as legacy, but I guess it is a legacy.
It's more around, I know that in 100 years from now, none of us are going to be here.
Not one person I've met today is still here.
And none of us will be remembered by name.
I'll be someone's great-grandmother who they can't remember.
So I want to make the impact while I'm here so that it's one of those things, not because I want my name up in lights, but I want to make it so I can rest at the end of my life and go, well, that was pretty good.
That was worthwhile.
It was a good ride.
So it's not necessarily about that legacy, who comes next, but setting it up for them so that they can take whatever I leave and do what they want to do with it would be pretty important, particularly for my kids and grandkids in the future.
And then it's hard to imagine after that, you know, the world's changing so fast.
You know, there are eight billion people on the planet over that now.
And yet there's only been around somewhere between 10 and 11 Kiwis ever, million.
