I wonder if most of us don't feel particularly represented by either side anymore.
So I'm wondering who's going to represent most of us.
How handy is that Wikipedia when you need it?
We're in an election year here.
I think it's November, isn't it?
And already all of that game playing has started.
And I think this is timely to remember that it's about that trustworthiness, that civility, that
No, what I like about that is that I listen to, I don't know if you've ever listened to a podcast, and I shouldn't listen to it really, called The Necessary Conversation.
It's two liberal children talking to their extraordinarily conservative MAGA parents.
Yeah, it is kind of fun.
I keep listening to it for that very reason, is that the children are trying to get the parents to say where their line is with it all, and there doesn't seem to be one.
So...
It's fascinating.
And I do think that that is an exercise.
And they always end after they've argued for a long time, telling each other they love each other, which I really quite like.
I mean, there is one character on there that's really, yeah, but they've found their way to get that out, have that conversation so they can have a relationship separate to all of that.
Which that example is, I think, an example of, I guess, building the trust that they are still a family despite their differences.
And they are polar opposites.
Well, I was going to say, trigger warning, it makes you pretty.
Okay.
