And whatever I come up with, whether it's media planning or it's acquisition or it's partnerships or it's influencers, I will get that done. in a fraction of the time I would have paid an agency to do or other people who aren't using breathwork would take to get something done.
That comes with consistency. So I wrote an article about this for Forbes Business Council, and then the chapter is also called Hacking Flow State on Demand. And it's consistently doing this breathwork every single morning, the first 20 minutes of your day. We have way too much conditioning.

Take the action steps immediately because that's another block to your flow state. If you do a breathwork session and it's send the email and then you come out of it and you're like, oh, well, maybe I'll take that action step later. And then it's the next day. You'll go into breathwork again and you're going to get the same action step. So you've just wasted a day. You've wasted a session.
