So first I had to do breathwork for my ego to die because I wanted the status and the significance most of my life. And then I had to do a lot of breathwork to figure out how I was going to build a business and scale it.

So I treated my bedroom like an ad exec and I had all of these white papers up on the wall, physiological benefits, spiritual benefits, psychological benefits, partnership strategies, content pillars. All of these things were all over my bedroom.
