I'm a firm believer, like you need that purpose to get out of bed in the morning.

Otherwise you just fade away.

So 64 years old, no one gets to the privileged position of living to 64 without going through some real tough periods or big adversities.

What do you think for you would be the biggest adversity?

You sort of talked before about that transition period from being a professional rugby player to not.

Would that be up there?

Yeah, and that piece, finding that next piece is easier said than done, eh?

Because you might have an idea, but then you might start doing it and realise that it's not bringing you joy or you just don't really like it.

So it's finding that thing that's going to spin you wheels.
